Engineered to meet Euro 7 regulations. Truck Battery Pack uses LMFP cell chemistry to deliver power performance and energy density for trucks, on a heavy-duty frame with mounting points built for fast integration, and it carries over just as well to industrial applications.
ref no. of cycles: 5 000
Truck Battery Pack is IMPACT's pure-LMFP battery system: 192s1p configuration, 103.5 kWh installed energy (98.3 kWh usable), 480–805V voltage range (685.44V nominal), rated IP6K9K, with an in-house Rico2 BMS and flexible side-mounted points for fast integration. LMFP chemistry gives it over 5 000 cycles of lifetime and better low-temperature performance than LFP. It targets heavy and medium-duty trucks first, with OEM and industrial e-mobility applications also engineered to meet Euro 7 regulations.
Four principles carried across every IMPACT battery system, regardless of chemistry or form factor.
Sized and engineered to meet Euro 7 regulations for heavy and medium-duty trucks, with a heavy-duty frame that also carries over to industrial applications.
Numerous mounting points on the side of the pack allow quick installation and versatile integration with the vehicle.
Over 5 000 cycles of lifetime, with better low-temperature performance than LFP.
Rated against dust ingress and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, for exposed truck and industrial installations.

Segments this configuration is currently positioned for.
Optimised for total cost of ownership: energy density and continuous discharge sized for route-based duty cycles and fast turnaround charging.
Rated for IP-protected stationary and off-highway deployment, with cycle life and BMS integration built for continuous industrial operation.
Truck Battery Pack uses pure LMFP chemistry in a wider 480–805V operating window, in an IP6K9K-rated heavy-duty frame with side-mounted points. It targets industrial and heavy/medium-duty truck applications rather than the mix-and-match platform approach of UVES 4.0.
Truck Battery Pack is premiering publicly at IAA Transportation 2026. Contact our engineering team to discuss project timelines ahead of general availability.
IP6K9K confirms complete protection against dust ingress and resistance to high-pressure, high-temperature water jets and steam cleaning, relevant for exposed truck and industrial installations.
CAN 2.0B with the J1939 protocol, standard for heavy-duty vehicle integration.
