Instead of a single rigid pack, UNIVERSUS gives you building blocks: S and M packs sharing one mechanical footprint, stacked and strung together to hit the voltage, capacity and chemistry your vehicle architecture needs — with no new battery project from scratch.
UNIVERSUS is IMPACT's modular battery platform built from S and M packs (670mm wide, 140mm tall, up to 6 strings). It supports 400V, 600V and 800V architectures from 20 kWh up to roughly 800 kWh, in LFP or NMC chemistry on identical mechanics. Samples for customer testing are planned for Q4 2027, targeting SOP in Q1 2028.
Four principles carried across every IMPACT battery system, regardless of chemistry or form factor.
Years of R&D and iterative field data feed every generation, so efficiency and cycle life keep climbing without changing the footprint.
No electrochemistry is treated as inherently superior. We match NMC, LFP or LTO to your duty cycle, budget and supply chain constraints.
Every product ships as a fully functional plug-and-play system, engineered, integrated and tested by our own R&D centre from the ground up.
From initial spec alignment to aftersales support, the cooperation plan is scoped around your vehicle or machine platform, not a fixed catalogue part.

Segments this configuration is currently positioned for.
Rated for IP-protected stationary and off-highway deployment, with cycle life and BMS integration built for continuous industrial operation.
Refuse collection and street sweepers running two-shift operation with depot top-up charging, on a 600V architecture built from the same pack family.
Loaders and mining trucks on an 800V architecture, with frame-mounted installation and IP6K9K sealing for demanding environments.
Pushback tractors and baggage tractors on a 400V architecture, sized for frequent-cycle airside operation.
UNIVERSUS is a modular battery platform built from S and M pack building blocks instead of one rigid pack. Voltage is set by how many packs sit in series, capacity by how many packs and strings are used, so the same platform covers 400V, 600V and 800V architectures without a new battery project per vehicle.
Both share identical dimensions, mounting and interfaces. NMC packs a higher energy per pack — S 26.7 kWh vs LFP's 20.3 kWh — favoring volume- or mass-constrained platforms, while LFP suits high-cycle-count, long-duty-cycle applications such as municipal fleets and buses running multiple shifts.
A single string spans roughly 41–134 kWh depending on pack size, count and chemistry; stacking and stringing multiple packs scales system capacity up toward approximately 800 kWh.
Samples for customer testing are planned for Q4 2027, with start of production targeted for Q1 2028.
The L-PACK (670×1690×140mm) is available on demand. Released configurations use S and M packs; L-PACK requires direct alignment with Product Development before quotation.
