- For matters related to the protection of your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller, via email at rodo@icpt.pl or in writing to the Controller’s registered office address.
- The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of handling the submitted inquiry. If you give consent to be contacted for marketing purposes, your personal data will also be processed for the potential delivery of commercial information.
- Your data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which includes the ability to respond to the submitted inquiry and the protection of the Controller’s legitimate claims.
- Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
- Personal data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with the Controller under written data processing agreements, for the purpose of performing tasks and services specified in these agreements on behalf of the Controller, in particular IT support, administrative support, legal or advisory services.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to carry out the tasks resulting from the content of the correspondence, e.g., responding to a quotation request, or until consent is withdrawn.
- Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time electronically at rodo@icpt.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
- Providing personal data for the purpose mentioned above is voluntary.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- You may withdraw all or selected consents at any time by contacting rodo@icpt.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
