Product safety is one of ICPT S.A.’s core values.

• Product safety is the protection of the public from unreasonable risk of accident, injury or death due to a defect in the design, manufacturing or specification of ICPT S.A. products, as well as meeting legal, industry, customer requirements for product safety.
• All ICPT S.A. employees are required to report potential safety and product integrity concerns to a product safety representative.
• ICPT S.A.’s Product Safety Representatives are the Quality and Service Manager and the Functional Safety Engineer.
• Suppliers of software, hardware or firmware to ICPTA S.A. must meet the requirements for: technical specifications of ICPT S.A., special features, and cyber safety requirements, functional safety. Functional safety is understood as a general approach to all activities in the safety lifecycle of systems containing electrical and/or electronic and/or programmable electronic components.

ICPT S.A. commits to:

• Follow the Product Safety Procedure to create a proactive safety culture to prevent and detect potential safety defects.
• Maintain a Product Safety Steering Committee i.e. Quality and Service Manager and Functional Safety Engineer to review and escalate potential product safety issues to Management.
• Maintain a robust special features management process at ICPTA S.A. of our suppliers.

This policy defines product safety, key responsibilities and the way to create a proactive safety culture at ICPT S.A.

IMPACT reserves the right to change the product safety policy by publishing new content on the website. Once the change has been made, the product safety policy will appear on the website with the new date.
