Stable financing for impact

Ahead of us is another year of dynamic development. We will present the next generations of battery systems for transportation. We will create and develop new solutions in other areas of the green transformation as well. To this end, we have entered into financing agreements with Bank Pekao S.A. and mBank S.A., which will enable us to further develop in the area of heavy-duty products as well as stationary energy and hydrogen storage. The agreements with the banks indicate that #ImpactNewEnergy will be able to use a term loan to finance or refinance investment expenditures, and will also have access to a revolving credit facility up to a total amount of 300 million PLN. The loans were secured by KUKE guarantees granted to Polish exporters.
