President of Impact Clean Power Technology S.A., participated in the panel.
The conference was a key component of the EU’s cohesion policy, aiming to improve
the quality of life for residents and enhance territorial resilience to the evolving
economic and environmental challenges.

the National Representation of the World Bank in Poland.
The panel addressed key issues such as the availability of EU funds, energy
independence within the European Union, and the necessity of reaching a common
position on economic and political matters to achieve climate neutrality goals. The
role of collaboration between the public and private sectors in implementing energy
and environmental policies was also emphasized.
Poland’s Presidency in the EU Council presents an opportunity to strengthen
Poland’s role in shaping EU climate policy and promoting sustainable development
actions. This marks a step towards accelerating the energy transition and increasing
the resilience of EU territories in the face of changing global conditions.
The conference’s key takeaways highlight the need for continued collective action on
climate neutrality, which requires close cooperation at the national, EU, and local
levels. In this context, Poland’s Presidency in the EU Council can serve as a crucial
impetus for advancing the energy transition and developing sustainable transport,
thereby improving the quality of life for EU residents.
